CELL LEARNING SYSTEM The ‘Cell Learning System’ is an Education Training Resource that provides the solution for the workplace trainer who requires reference based, best practice, competency based education in the workplace for the workplace! The Pathways Health and Education Consultants Pty. Ltd. Cell Learning System consists of a range of teacher and student focussed training resources which are designed for use in Residential Aged Care but can also be adapted for use in community and acute care services. All Learning Cells system. are created as an independent learning topic but link together to ensure a holistic and integrated learning All education is competency based, meaning participants not only attend or complete an education session but can also be assessed to determine their level of understanding and application.
